Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery is charged at cost by either Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), or TNT next day courier services.  Some remote post codes require an additional day for delivery. The delivery method is selected by the customer during the ordering process.

Payment may be made with all major credit cards or PayPal via secure server.

Pest Free Products Ltd will endeavour to dispatch your goods no later than the next working day.  If for any reason there is an unexpected delay is dispatching your goods, we shall notify you by email.

We will send you an email when your goods have been dispatched.

All goods are warranted against manufacturing fault or failure for 2 years from date of purchase.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (or simply change your mind), you may return the goods to us with 30 days of the date of sale, in original condition & packaging, for a full refund (excluding postage).  Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned goods.  Refunds will be made back to the credit card used for the original purchase, or PayPal if the purchase was made via PayPal.
